    Randy is a member of the Carrier Nation, Saik’uz band, and a descendant from a long line of First nations carvers. He learned the art, formlines, and metalwork techniques of the Kwakwaka’wakw traditions from his father Charles Harper. Formline designs are found in Northwest Coast art and are strongly linked to stories, crests and Native culture. Randy designs work in silver, gold, platinum and copper fusing a traditional and a unique, contemporary approach.
