    This vintage WOLF Original Inuit Art Soapstone figurine is in very nice condition. The Inuit is paddling in a Kayak/Canoe with a Seal in the water looking up at him. Hand Carved. Handmade in Canada. Approx. 3 3/4"L x 2 1/4"W. The people of the Canadian Artic are known as the Inuit. They used to be called Eskimos. The Inuit were the last Native people to arrive in North America. They settled in the Artic because hostile Indians already occupied all the good land to the South. Missing original label.
